Terms & Conditions

By using our website or booking an experience, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Our booking policies are designed to ensure the best experience for all guests:

• Advance Booking: We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability.
• Cancellation by Guest: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-Shows: Guests who do not show up for their scheduled experience will not be eligible for a refund.
• Late Arrivals: We reserve the right to shorten or cancel sessions for guests who arrive more than 30 minutes late.

All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) or US Dollars (USD) where indicated:

• Payments: We accept online payments through our secure checkout and cash payments on-site for walk-in guests (subject to availability).
• Taxes: All prices are subject to applicable taxes as required by Sri Lankan law. These will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our prices at any time due to currency fluctuations or increases in local costs.

Guests are expected to follow our guidelines during the experience:

• Conduct: Guests must act respectfully toward staff and other participants. We reserve the right to remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive or offensive.
• Health & Safety: Please inform us of any allergies or medical conditions before participating in tea tastings or estate walks.
• Property: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to our equipment or property during their visit.

Organic Tea Queen shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property occurring during our tours or on our premises, except where such injury or loss results from our gross negligence.

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
